As far back as 1991 I was a tester, manual writer and trainer for the University of Pennsylvania's implementation of SRS, a student registration and tracking database that encompassed all student academic records, courses, course locations and faculty assignments.
More recently, in June 1999, I edited several articles for Data Dimensions, a consulting firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, USA. The articles appeared in the company's Testers' Network newsletter.
